SPA/DPS do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third‑party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies. - No Professional or Academic Advice

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPA, DPS, their leadership, advisors, and chapters from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity. - Changes to the Site and These Terms
SPA/DPS may update or change the Site, its features, or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. - Governing Law

Sections that are meant to survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply. - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. - Entire Agreement
